Sambal Ikan Masin

BAHAN – BAHAN :

  • 200 gm isi ikan masin
  • 2 labu bawang besar – dikisar
  • 10 tangkai cili kering – dikisar
  • 2 ulas bawang putih – dikisar
  • 1 cm belacan – dikisar
  • 1/4 cawan air asam jawa
  • Garam dan gula
  • 1/4 cawan minyak

 

CARA MEMASAK :

  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan-bahan kisar sehingga garing
  2. Masuk air asam jawa, garam dan gula
  3. Kacau hingga rata kemudian baru dimasukkan ikan masin yang telah digoreng
  4. Kacau seketika, dan angkat
  5. Sedia untuk dihidang

  1. One of my favorite is the ikan masin but I have cut down eating it for the high salt content.

      make sure you put the salted fish in the water for a while before you cook it..this can reduce the salty taste..hope this will help a bit
